"I went to my branch (Bell Rd.) to trade in my car and hopefully get into something better. I had such a fantastic experience I had to write in about it. First, Tiney, in Customer Service bent over backwards to get my loan preapproved. Then, Jeremy, in Members Auto Center literally went to the President of the Credit Union in order to get me into my "dream truck"! This kind of service is the reason I will not bank anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you AZFCU!!! "

"While on a vacation i ran low on cash, and did not have any atm cards with me. So i went to an local CU in that state that does share/branching services with azfcu to do an withdrawal. But there was an misunderstanding and the teller made an mistake which left me unable to withdraw any funds from my account. I called up Az federal and they spend 2-3 hours with me and the out of state CU to try to solve the problem. After all options were exhausted they decided to wire my funds online through western union. Then there was an problem with the western union website,so then they send out an service member to drive out to do the wire for me. I would like to thank steven,monique,brian,and the entire AZ FEDERAL team for their help that day. "

"In order to get my mom into an assisted living arrangement, I needed past statements. The ones I needed had to be dated back to 2004. Joann was very helpful. She even stayed late to get all of the information I needed in order to help me with the statements. Without these statements, I would not have the peace of mind of having my mom live in a place which she needed for special care. "I got my first car through ther MAC and Centenial Leasing. When it was time for a new work truck I called MAC and gave them the general idea of what I was looking for. Within a few hours the represemntative called me back with two models that would fit my needs. I chose the new Nissan over the year old Toyota to take a look at. He arrainged for me to come to the branch and see my truck. I did and sign the papers. No haggling, no hassle, no headache. Thats the way I do business and it was nice to see MAC doing business the same way. "

"Anna the Manager for the [Glendale] Branch, was very helpful when we spoke with her last week. We waited only a few minutes before she came to the reception area to speak with my sister and me, and she listened intently as we shared with her the situation we came to discuss. Even though it was near closing time she never appeared distracted or unconcerned, and she helped as much as she could with the issue at hand. Thank you for having a [branch] manager of her caliber and conscientious attitude. She made us feel valued and respected."

"I'd like to pass on a great customer service person who helped me today...Emily.
I had a problem with transferring funds from my 401k to my AFCU checking account as my broker had place a temp hold on a rollover check. As I had already written checks for various first of the month bills my overdraft account would not be sufficient to pay all the checks. Emily worked a temporary increase in my overdraft personal loan to cover these checks until the rollover check was cleared.
Emily was excellent and very professional as well as courteous in her assistance and did an outstanding job in solving my problem immediately. She was excellent in all aspects of the transaction...and a pleasure to speak with.

"I was having a really hard time getting financed for a new auto loan. I had applied for numerous auto loans and got denied every time. I have been with AZ Federal for the past 5 years and love them. So after trying for a few weeks I decided to call the Members Auto Center to see if they could help me. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Toby, from the Gilbert, AZ branch. " My wife had been banking at wells fargo for over ten years. We tried to refinance our car with them, and they turned us down for no clear reason. When we called to get the reasons why, they too had nothing to say. I told her about AZFCU where I had been a member. We transferred all our accounts here, and after two months, we applied for refinance and were approved, saving 5-8,000 on interest over the maturity of the loan! The person who wrote us up was very friendly, and also let us know that if our credit offers us a lower interest rate at any time, they will adjust the payments accordingly. "When I first opened my account with AZ Federal, all of the materials were in tiny print. The only thing I really had a problem with was the Touch Tone 24 Instructions. The card was so hard to read. A teller at my local branch who's name also happens to be Cindy, went above and beyond. She took the little card I showed her and she blew it up on the copy machine to something I could see! I really appreciate that and they've always been kind and patient in explaining the things on the reciepts I cannot see."

"I just want to thank you for giving me a fresh start financially. I was divorced in the year 2000 and moved to Arizona to make a new start, and shortly after moving to the city I discovered someone had put over $3,000.00 of fraud items in my name. "I would like to thank the AZFCU Tucson staff for always being friendly and remembering me when I come in, even for a small deposit. I would also like to thank Corinna and Yohanna at the Broadway branch for always finding a solution when I want to borrow money. I recently found a unique vehicle I wanted to purchase, I negotiated a price and went into the branch. I explained the situation to Corinna and that the car's price was firm, but it was in Florida and I had 3 days to get the money and pick up the car. My career choice doesn't allow many holidays or vacations so we all found a solution and started putting things together. This was Tuesday, and I was leaving Friday morning. I really was in a pinch for time but Corinna and Yohanna stayed in communication with the buyer in Florida and I, all the way through. It wasn't easy making something like this happen, but I am grateful to meet such professional people that know all aspects of their job and perform to the top of their abilities. By, Thursday afternoon I had a cashier's check in hand, and my wife and I were on our way Friday morning to Florida to pick up the car. Thank you Corinna and Yohanna for making it happen. We now own our London Taxi and are happy as clams."
