I’m writing at this time because this is the season to thank
and appreciate those who have been attentive and accommodating
to customers at your branch located at 55th Avenue and Northern
[in Glendale].
I wish to commend and thank Nanci Henry for providing excellent
customer service. She has always gone beyond the call of duty.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, problem solving and
quick attention to our needs are a definite reflection of Arizona
Federal as a whole.
We have always found her to be willing to assist in any situation
that has arisen with a friendly smile and manner. Our thanks to

[In response to your survey], it is very important to us to let you know how we feel and that we are extremely happy with Arizona Federal.
We had been with [a bank] for 32-35 years, and we did business with both the credit union and the bank, but we became so disgusted with the bank and the handling of our loans, as well as our checking and savings accounts that we closed our accounts with the bank and went strictly with Arizona Federal.
We are extremely happy with your services and all we can say is, “Keep up the good work!” We can’t speak highly enough of our branch that we go to in Scottsdale (Osborn Rd. and Hayden Rd.) The employees are wonderful and Desirae Outcalt has been very professional and just wonderful to us and our needs.

I am a new customer of Arizona Federal. I cannot stop appreciating
the service rendered to me by Robert Blake of the Downtown branch.
It was a Thursday afternoon at 2:30 and I was in need of an auto loan. My co-signer was flying to New Jersey at 4:00 p.m. I just can not believe that I walked out [of the branch] in an hour with the check of the desired amount. The service was extremely prompt and efficient.
I am very impressed with the service of Mr. Blake and happy to do business with Arizona Federal.
